University of Groningen Workshop on Causal Inference + Machine Learning

2-3 September, 2024

We are delighted to announce the inaugural workshop on Causal Inference and Machine Learning, scheduled to take place at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands. This workshop aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge methodologies in machine learning and causal inference, integrating classical IV/GMM techniques from econometrics into complex data scenarios. We will explore both theoretical insights and practical applications, with a particular emphasis on fields such as health and labor economics.

The program is now available here! If you want to register for the workshop without presenting a paper, please send an email to t.boot@rug.nl. The registration fee is set at 150 EUR.
